Welcome to Mid-Hudson HuaXia Chinese School, a branch of HuaXia Chinese School located in the beautiful Mid-Hudson valley.

Class from Kindergarten to 3rd grade, but no age constraints. We teach simplified Chinese Characters, Pin-Yin, drawing and music. Spring Semester starts on Feb. 6, 2000. We also offer a "Beginning Chinese Class for Children from Non-Manderin Speaking Families", starting this semester.

Class Time: Sunday from 2pm to 5pm.

End-of-Semester Party: We had our party on Jan. 30, 2000. We enjoyed the delicious food prepared by each family. As for the performance, it was a blast!!! If you have pictures to share, please send to zhoup@us.ibm.com , we will post them right here!

Spring Semester: Starts on Feb. 6, 2000. All student will have optional Chinese culture class. Option 1: drawing and painting. Teacher: Jian Ling. option 2: dancing and music. Teacher: Wang, Chunling. Please help you kids make a chioce and notify the Principal before Jan. 30. Culture classes will start from Feb.13.

Chinese New Year Celebration: Feb. 12, 2000 in Roy C Ketchum High School. Organized by the local Chinese Association.

We should be proud of our children who did extraodinary job in their performance! It generated so much energy the show started to take off since then.
